The Navigation Rules Handbook is no longer updated or maintained by the U.S. Government as of 2021. The handbook is no longer certified for carriage aboard commercial vessels.

While we still offer the traditional handbook for study and reference purposes, the new amalgamated version of the rules is now the official document and is certified for carriage.
